We source woods from all over the globe to meet the increasing demand for domestic and exotic hardwood species. To date, we offer a choice of over 90 species including Bamboo and, as well as unique finishes to coordinate with today’s flooring trends such as LVT/LVP, cork, laminate and white primed moldings.
We understand installation challenges and our transitions are precisely engineered and milled to install easier and add beauty to any flooring.
Factory applied Ultraviolet cured aluminum-oxide top coats on all our moldings significantly increase the durability and scratch-resistance as compared to conventional jobsite or DIY sealers and coatings.
Stain and clear coat, as well as a variety of distressed, handscraped, wire-brushed, and oil finishes are carefully applied to blend with each MoldingsOnline.com product. All products are “made to order” and we take great care in producing a complimentary set of product accessories, with the same hardwood species or comparable alternative, stain and gloss finish. Prefinished in a controlled environment eliminates dust or other contaminates that may occur with finishing on the job site.
We custom blend colors to 14,000+ flooring lines and over 400 brand name manufacturers. Color is subjective and we work with a natural product that may be sourced from different locations other than the flooring manufacturer. Because of this, we make every effort to create a coordinating look between the hardwood floor and the trim/ accessories. It is important to educate the consumer about this variability in order to set their expectation of the finished product.
